宋鴻兵：第二波金融海嘯或四季度襲來老百姓存錢最傻 > 感想

金融危機年底會惡化

儘管歐美各國紛紛出台救市計劃，但是宋鴻兵卻認為危機將在今年年底進一步惡化，理由是六大潛流將在年底集中浮現。

“這場危機的風暴，已經從美國13萬億美元的按揭抵押貸款市場，移向了27萬億美元規模的企業債、金融債、地方政府債及其他資產支持債券。”宋鴻兵認為，第一大潛流企業債的違約率將在今年第三四季度達到高峰。

第二大潛流商業銀行信貸違約率也將在年底出現高峰，宋鴻兵稱，截至3月底，歐美商業銀行體系減記資產2.7萬億美元，但大部分損失並未披露，他預測歐美銀行最終損失會高達10.6萬億美元。 他認為第三大潛流是美國失業高峰違約將在年底創出新高，第四大潛流就是信用卡、商業地產、建設信貸違約率年底將創新高。

此外，在宋鴻兵看來，歐洲金融市場持有8萬億美元資產，目前損失約40%，對歐洲的金融系統造成很大壓力，另外，東歐目前的情況與1997年亞洲金融風暴前期非常接近，這些危險徵兆顯示，第二波金融海嘯可能在今年第四季度襲來。

中國將迎來戰略機遇

宋鴻兵提出，經濟周期與人口消費高峰期有密切關係，數據顯示，人在48歲前處於消費攀升期，在48歲達到頂峰後消費能力開始下降。 美國1961年出現嬰兒潮，照此計算，從2009年後將步入長達14年的消費能力下降期，也就是說從明年開始，美國將開始消費萎縮，正好加上這場次貸危機，美國的經濟周期將持續14年的不景氣。

而中國正處於消費的攀升期。 “歐美經濟不景氣的時候、消費能力下降的時候，正是我們消費能力上升的時候。”宋鴻兵稱，美國14年的不景氣對中國其實是一個機遇。 “中國要在經濟結構上做重大調整，抓住機遇，開拓內需，現在外需是靠不住的。”

貨幣危機下存錢最傻

“貨幣不是財富本身，只是一種索取權。”宋鴻兵指出，目前大多數人對財富的理解就是“貨幣”，他呼籲大家改變觀念，“你首先要弄明白什麼是財富，什麼是貨幣。”

如果把國家看作一個公司來研究其資產負債表，那麼國家的財富本質是資產項下的商品和服務，而負債項下就是貨幣。 從這個角度來說，貨幣永遠不是財富本身，貨幣實質是對商品和服務的追索權。 宋鴻兵稱，“當我們說掙到很多財富，絕不意味著存很多鈔票，對應的實體才是財富。”

宋鴻兵稱，這場金融危機實際上就是美元危機。 而在貨幣危機中，對老百姓而言，存錢才是最傻的。 他舉例說，上世紀70年代初，他的一個朋友獲得7000元人民幣 ，他把錢存在銀行吃利息，30年後他由當時單位最有錢的人變成最窮的人，“假設他當時把錢全部換成黃金，7000元到現在已經變成了480萬。”

宋鴻兵提醒市民一定要深刻理解貨幣的概念，“如果不理解，不拼命去掙錢，不去想怎麼保住自己的財富，在30年或者更長的時間之後，你會發現財富不夠，因為通脹對你的財富所有權悄悄發生了轉移。

全球救市和美國回購國債，是否會導致全球通脹重演？ 宋鴻兵認為這是肯定的。

宋鴻兵認為，說到財富的品牌，沒有東西可以與黃金相比，一旦發生全球性的通貨膨脹，黃金價格一定會暴漲，他認為市民應對危機，可以配置一點黃金。

要再注意看經濟衰退 及經濟回溫之速度及通貨膨脹延後 等待一次經濟回溫之後 將是百年難得一見之整體之溫和通貨膨脹將延後，臺灣極可能是這次經濟回溫速度最慢的，因為大陸延海出口經濟被大陸新勞動基本法影響到，這將影響到臺灣出口之零組件也就是說臺灣出口經濟，臺灣又不會利用CPA與自由貿易中心將部份大陸延海出口公司轉移至臺灣，這政府都不做對臺灣大成長之政策，只做小餅那能救臺灣經濟。
五份四,五週只談如何保守前幾月穫利，需要一些避險 ETF，還更換強勢 ETF，等待大盤進入支撐再小反彈，振盪走低，如果害怕回檔穫利降低，可以等建議表出現許多“賣出”時先賣 50%，這是最難操作時刻。
這些投資組合做多組合調整為 Google, Apple, UYM, ... TAO 及 INP. 利多組合部份是世界級利基公司與趨勢向上之強勢ETF商品，2008十二月,2009一.二.三月仍然持續穫利之世界級利公司, 這些多頭組合每週調整以降低風險，這週多方組合增加。

男人百分百 (What Women Want) - A Good Movie

    The movie express several stories that what women want, the actor Nick Marshall got a super nature power to hear women's heart, initially, he is very alergied to this capability, so he look for a female mental doctor to help to cure this bug in his heart, finally, the female tell him to have this gift from God is remarkable talent to own the world, then, he learn how to use this talent in his life and beginn to understand women;

     When he can enjoy this gift to hear the voice of heart from women, he change his personality day by day and become more understood the women's love and heart; feel women women difficulty in life, specially, after he get the command from his new boss Darcy McGuire to brainstorm the ideal of female Ads.; Frankly speaking, I also feel that is so difficulty to women in her life.

   尼克在意外情況下穫得『聽見女人心中的想法』，他慢慢發現他可以運用這超能力在生活或是工作上。『我將會因此學到更多如何當個女人，提升我心目中的女性特質』開玩笑的這時尼克正在得意的時候，黛希出現了，她大方美麗的氣質，深深吸引大家的目光，當然對尼克而言，她可是個新威脅，因為她將是公司的新主管。當然迷人的黛希是由【愛在心裡口難開】奧斯卡影后海倫杭特演出。公司要對女性產品作大力的進攻，黛希是整個新計畫的創意總監。這原本是尼克想要的職位，所以他開始使用他的『特異功能』，聽見黛希心中的計畫和想法。

    當然，尼克在事業上獲得相當的成功，因為他真正慢慢瞭解『女人要什麼』，他知道原來女人的心中原來有這麼多不一樣的想法，原來她們對於男人的想法跟原本他自以為是的想法完全兩樣。但是，也因為尼克在事業的成功，總經理也覺得不需要顧用高薪之黛希，黛希失業了，問題是就因為尼克的『特異功能』越了解黛希，越喜歡黛希，尼克的『特異功能』讓他的真愛，最後，尼克求黛希拯救他，讓他們成為永遠的愛情伴侶。

    我覺得這是非常好的 Movie DVD，值得珍藏。

五月份第一、二週操作策略 (ETF投資, 美股投資, 全世界ETF投資)

雖然，美國對經濟振興方案開始激起經濟回溫，金融業問題之聲音將延後至六月後，下週行情仍然需要注意國際經濟回溫是否持續，美債、美元泡沫之憂慮將轉變成溫和通貨膨脹之相關商品驚喜，預估通貨膨脹之憂慮將再2010第二季升高，房地產價格低迷之問題將因通膨舒緩, 而許多強勢股已經50MA上升。我以選擇之做多組合來操作，上週績效持續成長。
不要再看經濟衰退 要看經濟回溫之後 之通貨膨脹 這一次經濟回溫之後 將是百年難得一見之 整體之溫和通貨膨脹，臺灣極可能是這次經濟回溫速度最慢的，因為大陸延海出口經濟被大陸新勞動基本法影響到，這將影響到臺灣出口之零組件也就是說臺灣出口經濟，臺灣又不會利用CPA與自由貿易中心將部份大陸延海出口公司轉移至臺灣，這政府都不做對臺灣大成長之政策，只做小餅那能救臺灣經濟。
五份前兩週只談如何汰弱換強，給強勢 ETF 抱抱，還留則之 ETF 應該都賺錢，等待大盤未來幾個進入高點，振盪做頭再一次出脫，如果害怕回檔穫利降低，可以等建議表出現許多“賣出”時先賣 50%。
這些投資組合做多組合調整為 Google, Apple, UYM, ...ILF, EWZ, KOA, EWY 及 EWT. 利多組合部份是世界級利基公司與趨勢向上之強勢ETF商品，2008十二月,2009一.二.三月仍然持續穫利之世界級利公司, 這些多頭組合每週調整以降低風險，這週多方組合增加。
暫時停止投資做空避險組合是 SKF, ... 及 SCO；將部份ETF減少, 必須等待做空避險組合底部背離，多頭組合形成頭才能再進入組合。
